We will also discuss future skills essential for the next generation\u2014whether in research, industry, or entrepreneurship.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The session, chaired by <b>Simone Dimartino<\/b> (senior Lecturer at the University of Edinburgh), <b>Andrea Gargano<\/b> (associate professor at the University of Amsterdam) and <b>Martina Catani<\/b> (associate professor at the University of Ferrara), will feature brief presentations from a panel of academic and industrial scientist, followed by roundtable discussions, culminating in a collective synthesis of ideas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The panel presentation includes contributions from:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Teaching Resources: Bob Pirok (University of Amsterdam) &amp; Lucie Nov\u00e1kov\u00e1&nbsp; (Charles University).<br>Software to aid education: Davy Guillarme (University of Geneva) &amp; Dwight Stoll (Gustavus Adolphus College).<br>Innovative, hands-on and purposeful approaches in education: Caterina Temporini (University of Pavia) &amp; Martina Catani (University of Ferrara).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Prospects on the separation scientist of the future:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">&#8211; Technology &amp; Academia: <b>Bo Zhang<\/b> (Xiamen University)<br>&#8211; Pharmaceutical industry: &nbsp;<b>Kelly Zhang<\/b> (Genentech)<br>&#8211; Entrepreneurs: &nbsp;<b>Greg Ward<\/b> (Axcend) and Xiaodong Liu (Nanochrom Technologies)<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>James Grinias<\/b> (Rowan University) and <b>M\u00e9gane Aebischer<\/b> (University of Geneva) will be part of the panel and facilitate the moderation of the session.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Our goal is to inspire ongoing dialogue, foster collaborations in education, and ultimately drive greater recognition and support for innovative teaching in separation sciences\u2014both within the academic community and from industry and policymakers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>The session is scheduled to be held in the VIP room.
