  • Oral presentation 25mn: 20mn presentation & 5mn Q&A<\/li>
  • Oral presentation 20mn: 17mn presentation & 3mn Q&A<\/li>
  • Young Scientist Poster Pitch: 4mn presentation & 2mn Q&A – powerpoint slides<\/li><\/ul>

    Format of the presentation<\/strong><\/p>

    • Windows Powerpoint<\/li>
    • 16\/9<\/li>
    • Presenters on stage will NOT have access to notes or preview in powerpoint<\/li><\/ul>

      Speaker Room<\/strong><\/p>

      For all oral presentations, speakers must upload their PowerPoint at least 2 hours before the start of their session.<\/p>

      A speaker room is available on Level 2 of the Conference Center according to the following schedule:<\/p>

      • Sunday, June 15: 18h00 – 20h00<\/li>
      • Monday, June 16: 08h00 – 19h00<\/li>
      • Tuesday, June 17: 08h00 – 18h00<\/li>
