- Keynote 25mn: 20mn presentation & 5mn Q&A
- Keynote 20mn: 17mn presentation & 3mn Q&A
- Oral presentation 25mn: 20mn presentation & 5mn Q&A
- Oral presentation 20mn: 17mn presentation & 3mn Q&A
- Young Scientist Poster Pitch: 4mn presentation & 2mn Q&A

- Presenters on stage will NOT have access to notes or preview in powerpoint
Speaker Room
For all oral presentations, speakers must upload their PowerPoint at least 2 hours before the start of their session.
A speaker room is available on Level 2 of the Conference Center according to the following schedule:
- Sunday, June 15: 18h00 – 20h00
- Monday, June 16: 08h00 – 19h00
- Tuesday, June 17: 08h00 – 18h00
- Eednesday, June 18: 08h00 – 18h00
- Thursday, June 19: 08h00 – 11h00
