Travel Grants
Please find below all the grants possibilities that are proposed to the HPLC 2025 participants by our partners. Please read the descriptions carefully to check your eligibility and the process to submit your application.
More grants will be added to this page as soon as we receive confirmations from the supporting societies.

Shimadzu Student Sponsorship
Open to post-graduate students that are currently enrolled at a European University. Any student with a scientific contribution (oral or poster) that has been accepted by the HPLC organizing committee for presentation at the conference can apply for this sponsorship that will cover the cost of the registration fee.

Dutch professional association for chemists, life scientists and process technologists (KNCV)
The NVSM Conference Fund subsidizes the attendance of NVSM members, including BSc, MSc, PhD students, and post-docs (within two years of completing their PhD), to international conferences. Applicants must be NVSM members, hold a position in the Netherlands of at least 0.5 FTE, and maintain the same position at the time of the conference. The amount of the travel grant is variable. C.G.B. - C.B.B. Belgian chemical societies:
These grants provide young chemists, typically Ph.D. students and postdocs within 3 years of their Ph.D., the opportunity to attend international conferences with a presentation (poster or oral) of their research. Applicants must submit a CV, abstract, conference description, budget, and proof of KVCV or SRC membership. After the conference, participants must provide proof of participation, a cost summary, and bank details for reimbursement.

GDCh Gesellschaft Deutscher Chemiker
We are happy to support HPLC 2025 in Bruges with up to 15 travel grants (500 EUR each) for young scientists (Master students, PhD students) who actively (poster or oral presentation) participate in HPLC 2025. Travel grants can be applied for by April 30, 2025. Details of the call are available on the online form.
Please note that the travel grants are not limited to German or European applicants, international young scientists are eligible to apply!

Società Chimica Italiana
The Società Chimica Italiana (SCI) offers scholarships for students attending the HPLC 2025 Congress. Interested applicants must submit their application by February 20, 2025 using the online form.
As part of the application, candidates are required to attach a PDF copy of the scientific contribution (abstract) submitted to the Congress.

ASAC - Austrian Society of Analytical Chemistry
The Austrian Society of Analytical Chemistry within the GOECH (ASAC) provides one travel grant, i.e. up to 750 Euro for a European student or up to 1000 Euro for an overseas student.
Prerequisites are an abstract of your presentation, a letter of acceptance of your presentation from HPLC 2025, a confirmation of your ASAC membership (minimum 1 year membership) and the positive evaluation of your application by the ASAC grant committee. The money will be transferred to your account after ASAC has obtained the certificate of attendance from HPLC 2025.

SECYTA (Spain)
SECyTA will sponsor grants for Ph.D. students and young Ph. D. researcher, members of SECyTA, to attend the conference and to present their work. The requirements for grant application is available on the SECyTA website (https://www.secyta.es/es/grantssecyta).

Jan Marek Marci Spectroscopic Society and Chromatography and Electrophoresis Group of the Czech Chemical Society (Czechia)
