Accommodation

The organizers of the HPLC 2025 conference want to emphasize that participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation in Bruges. Given that Bruges is an extremely popular tourist destination, it is strongly recommended that attendees book their lodging as early as possible.

You can visit the official Visit Bruges website for any hotel recommendations or use any alternative like booking.com or airbnb.com to find your preferred accommodation.

Most hotels are ideally located within walking distance of the Conference Venue.

WARNING: some participants may have received fraudulent emails to book their accommodation for the Conference. Please be aware that the only official email addresses extensions for communication about the congress are @hplc2025-bruges.org or @vub.be.
